It's been years since I made pineapple tarts for sale plus my customers have been requesting so this year, I decided to sell them again! ^^ I look forward to eating pineapple tarts every Chinese New Year(not like I can't eat them any other day but yea you know..) and being me, I'm rather particular about the pineapple tarts that I consume. Therefore, this is one of my ideal version which look like small tangerines and of course with a hearty amount of pineapple filling covered just nicely by a layer of crust! Each and every one home-baked and hand-rolled! I just had to post a picture of it first! Hehe do stay tune for more pictures! =D

Now this one is a little more memorable for me as it was actually made for Bryan Wong of Mediacorp.. It happened that my friend who used to work there, ordered it for his birthday party in 2006 and it is one of my favourite "masterpiece" as well. haha I couldn't believe I managed to make the cake look quite similar to a mahjong tile!? But I felt a little disappointed because after looking at the picture, I felt that I could have done a little better by making the "FA" chinese character more outstanding? Anyway, here's a picture! =)

Booby Cake with "Implants"

This was one of the first few cakes which was a challenge to me done in July 2005.
On the outside, it looked like any normal cake in the shape of a woman's breasts. However, this lady client wanted something more cheeky for the birthday boy of the private party that she was going to attend. She provided me with Jack Daniel's and wanted "breast implants". The idea was, that the birthday boy would have to drink up the whiskey from the breast(which were attached to straws) as a sabotage. I wouldn't say how I did it but here's a picture of how it looked like! hahaha

Okie here's how this blog started.. just a while ago I was in my room feeling bored and looking through pictures of the cakes I've done so far.. and I thought: "why not start a blog?" It would be a good opportunity for me to post pictures of my Customised cakes and share what I have done so far.. Seems like the trend nowadays eh so here I am putting my thoughts into action! haha after trying to figure out how this stuff works, choosing the right colours, template, etc etc and tada! My first post! *applause*
I won't be posting all the pictures of the cakes I've done so far due to certain limitations but I will put up those that I can and the nicer ones as I go along.. And of course, not forgetting the backdated ones.. stay tuned! =D
